  1. Notify member after first month of late payment and two subsequent months after
  2. Notify member after 3 months that their status as a member has been canceled and request that he/she return their keys and ibuttons and pick up any of their personal belongings not donated to the organization
  3. Remove access to the following:
    1. Door (ibutton)
    2. Email
    3. Network Accounts
  4. Update member list information
